How do I claim my switching cashback?

Once your new supply or contract goes live, we'll email you a claim link. Complete the short form within 60 days of your switch completing and the payment is issued to your nominated business account.

How do I cancel my order?

Contact us as soon as possible with your reference number. If your contract hasn't gone live yet, we can usually cancel it straight away. After go-live, cancellation terms are set by the provider.

Do I need to cancel my current contract when I switch?

No. In most cases your new supplier handles the switch and notifies your old one. We'll tell you clearly if any action is needed from your side.

Why haven't I received my equipment or card reader?

Delivery is handled by the provider, usually within 3-5 working days of approval. If it's been longer, get in touch and we'll chase it for you.

Can I keep my existing business number?

Yes. Number porting is supported by all of our telecoms partners — just tell your new provider during onboarding.

Yes. We compare business gas and electricity from our panel of suppliers and manage the switch from quote to go-live at no cost to you.

Why is my estimated usage different?

Estimates are based on the meter readings and business profile you gave us. If your actual usage differs, your supplier will reconcile it on your first bill.

Will I get charged by both my old and new supplier when I switch?

No. Your old supplier bills up to the switch date and sends a final bill; your new supplier bills from that date onwards.

Compare before your renewal window opens, avoid rolling out-of-contract rates, submit accurate meter readings, and consider a fixed contract to protect against price rises.
