Grow Your Business legal

Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use the Grow Your Business website, submit your details or contact our team. By using the site you agree to them — please read them alongside our Privacy Notice and Cookie Policy.

Last updated: 27 July 2026

Our role

We are an introducer and comparison service for business and personal finance, energy, insurance, payments and related services, and we directly provide waste clearance and recycling services in Coventry and Warwickshire.

For the introducer and comparison side of the business, we do not act as the lender, insurer, utility supplier or final provider unless we clearly say otherwise. The contract for any product or service you take out is between you and the provider you choose, on that provider's own terms.

Who can use this site

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to request a quote or use our services.

Business quotes and comparisons are intended for people authorised to act on behalf of the business they represent.

Using the site

Please use the website lawfully, provide accurate and complete information, and do not try to disrupt the service, scrape content, reverse-engineer the site, or misuse any form or quote tool.

We may suspend or refuse a request where we reasonably believe it is fraudulent, abusive, or breaches these terms.

How we make money

Our comparison service is free to use. Where you take out a product or service through a provider we've introduced you to, that provider may pay us a commission — this does not normally affect the price you pay, and never changes the order or ranking of the options we show you.

See our About page for more detail on how we're paid and how we keep comparisons impartial.

No guarantee, no advice

We work hard to keep information, rates and availability current, but prices, eligibility and terms are always confirmed by the provider you choose at the point of application — figures shown on this site are indicative, not a binding offer.

Nothing on this site is financial, legal or professional advice. Where a decision matters — particularly for credit, insurance or tax — please seek independent advice specific to your circumstances.

Limitation of liability

We provide this website on an 'as is' basis and do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free or available at all times.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of the site, from a provider's product or service, or from information on this site being out of date — except where the law does not allow us to exclude or limit that liability, such as for death, personal injury, or fraud.

Refer a Business scheme

Our "Refer a Business & Earn £100" scheme lets you refer a business that may benefit from a card machine or help with their business electricity and gas. You'll need to give us the business's name and a contact name, phone number and email address, so please make sure they're happy to be contacted by us before you submit their details.

A referral qualifies for the £100 reward once the business you referred successfully signs up with Grow Your Business for the relevant service. We'll verify the referral before any reward is paid, and we may decline a referral where the business is already an existing customer of ours, is already in contact with us, where the details provided are inaccurate or incomplete, or where we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse of the scheme.

One reward applies per successful referral. This scheme is offered at our discretion, and we may amend its terms or withdraw it at any time without affecting referrals already submitted and verified.

Intellectual property

Our branding, page design, copy and graphics belong to Grow Your Business or our licensors. Please do not reuse them without permission.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes to our services or the law. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised — continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the current version.

Complaints and governing law

If something's gone wrong, see our Complaints Policy for how to raise it with us.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute that can't be resolved directly will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
